In CIDI Dental, cashless visits are also available. We have made direct billing arrangements with several international insurance companies. Such as AIG (Shanghai and HK Branch), Allianz Worldwide Care, Caregroup and Prestige.

If our patient is covered by one of our insurance partners, we will bill our insurance partner directly on behalf of the patient for covered charges. Patients are responsible for any charges not covered by their insurance policy, and any disputes of coverage must be brought up with the insurance company directly.
